I’ve been a fitness instructor in the Essex and East London area for nearly 15 years now, spending the majority of that time based in local gyms as an in-house PT, and fitness instructor teaching exercise to music. Now, as a freelance personal trainer and fitness consultant, I am able to put my many years of experience and training at your disposal, in order to help you in your fitness journey. I specialise in weight loss, toning, muscle gain, muscle definition, circuit training, endurance training, strength, and nutrition, to provide an all-round, comprehensive fitness experience that you can depend on to get you results.

My main goals before Dave started training me was to strengthen my knee and lose weight without losing my muscle mass.
I suffered from a really bad knee injury while playing football and with his help I’m now able to do a lot more exercise using my legs.
Dave is an excellent trainer, there’s not a lot of personal trainers that can combine training with the science, he adapts the workout to your strengths and allows you to enjoy the session.
