My circuit training sessions are effective, fun, engaging and accessible to everyone, whatever your level of fitness. NUTRITION GUIDANCE

If we want to get the best out of our bodies, we need to be careful about what we put in them. Diet and hydration are the keys to staying fit and healthy, and ensuring you’ve got the balance right will help you in your journey to a better, fitter you. With a Level 3 qualification in Nutrition & Weight Management, I can work with you to plan and co-ordinate an effective and workable diet that will complement your exercise regime, so you’re getting the right nutrition and hydration for your body.

WEIGHT LOSS & TONING

Being overweight not only puts added strain on your body and organs, it can be directly linked to avoidable illnesses, such as diabetes, stroke, cancer and heart disease. I’ve been a fitness instructor in the Essex and East London area for nearly 15 years now, spending the majority of that time based in local gyms as an in-house PT, and fitness instructor teaching exercise to music. Now, as a freelance personal trainer and fitness consultant, I am able to put my many years of experience and training at your disposal, in order to help you in your fitness journey. I specialise in weight loss, toning, muscle gain, muscle definition, circuit training, endurance training, strength, and nutrition, to provide an all-round, comprehensive fitness experience that you can depend on to get you results.
